Some of the islands in the area are privately owned by people with far too much money (I'm sure they earned every cent of it through hard work - not). This is the caretaker for one of the holiday homes who brings his dogs out to the wharf as the boat drops off supplies. In this case it seemed to consist primarily of wine!
