(Up to OJB's BRB Page) Mumbo Jumbo India Pale AleTasted: | 17 Jul 2012 | Name: | Mumbo Jumbo India Pale Ale (719) | Type: | IPA | Producer: | BRB | Region: | Auckland | Rating: | ok+ | Web Site: | http://www.boundaryroadbrewery.co.nz | | The colour was copper orange, with a medium head and medium carbonation. The aroma had quite sweet pineapple fruit with medium bitterness. There was orange and grapefruit, light malt, and a long bitter hoppy finish. This beer was nicely balanced, and was fresh, crisp and bitter. |
Note 1 I am not really a beer expert (just an enthusiastic amateur), so please don't take my recommendations as anything more than a rough guide to these beers. I can take no responsibility if you buy a lot, on my recommendation, and then regret it! Note 2 You may not agree with my evaluation of these beers as a lot of this is quite subjective. I tend to put a lot of emphasis on freshness and intense characteristic flavours and bouquet, so if you disagree you might just have different priorities. ![[Up]](../XuShared/Up2B.jpeg)
